1. Warm Welcome
From the moment you walk through our doors, our reception team will greet you with genuine warmth and professionalism. We’ll guide you through a quick check-in process and answer any questions you may have. While you wait, you’ll be offered complimentary water, tea, or coffee, and you’re welcome to browse through our collection of books and reading material. If you’ve just come from outside or forgot to brush your teeth, feel free to ask us for a one-time-use toothbrush, we’re happy to provide one.
2. Dentist Introduction & Comprehensive Check-up
You’ll be guided directly to your dentist. We will begin with a thorough dental examination. This helps us understand your oral health from the start and set a strong foundation for your care.
3. Imaging
To support your check-up, we’ll take high-quality digital X-rays using our advanced portable devices, which are designed for minimal radiation exposure and maximum comfort. If your case requires a broader view, we also offer panoramic (2D) X-rays as well as CBCT to give your dentist a complete picture of your jaw, teeth, and bone structure.
4. One-on-One Consultation
After the check-up and imaging, your dentist will review everything with you. You are encouraged to ask questions, share concerns, or discuss any goals you may have – whether cosmetic or health-related. This is your time, and we’re here to listen.
5. Medical & Dental History
We’ll record your medical and dental history during your visit. This helps us tailor your treatment while ensuring your safety and comfort.
6. Personalized Treatment Plan
Based on your consultation, examination, and health history, we’ll create a personalized treatment plan that suits your needs, timeline, and budget. Every step will be clearly explained, and you’ll never be pressured into anything.
